By downloading or using Rewordify ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

Rewordify grants you a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Subscriptions

• Rewordify Pro is an auto‑renewable subscription priced at $4.99 USD per month (prices may vary by region).
• New subscribers receive a 1‑month free introductory period. You will not be charged during the free period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Rewordify lawfully and not to use it to create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing. You are responsible for the text you choose to rewrite and for how you use the results.

4. Third‑party AI providers

If you choose to use your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key, your use of those services is subject to their respective terms, and you are responsible for any fees they charge. Rewordify is not affiliated with, and is not responsible for, those third‑party services.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI‑generated rewrites may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing results before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
